I found this chair a couple months ago and took a picture of it because I thought it was funny that it didn’t just recline, it supposedly helped you stand up. I posted it to Instagram with the caption “looks like people need help standing now #2lazy2stand”, which makes it the weirdest thing I found at the store since I bothered to Instagram it (I don’t post that much). Who knows, this may not be that weird, but I had never seen a chair like this before. I’m assuming an older person or someone really lazy might buy it (or someone with no taste since it was ugly).
Once you start to look for weird things you find them all over the place even if you have walked by it before. You are actually making the effort to look more closely at your surroundings when you are looking for something as broad as a bizarre item instead of just for that one thing you can to the store for. When I first found this chair I started noticing a lot of other bizarre items whereas I just walked past them while on my phone on the way in.
